Positive: The Caboose itself. Decorated beautifully and we loved looking at all the original parts.
Negative: Outside tub was dirty and the faucet to the tub was broke. And a heads up that the location was 100 ft or so from the cemetery would have been nice to know.

Unique overnight with tons of personality
Positive: Loved the uniqueness of the property and the thoughtful reno of the caboose. Quarters are tight but the outdoor space was so much fun. My husband had his guitar so we really enjoyed our little patio.
Negative: No real storage for our bags and tough for the second person in the bed to get in and out against the wall.
