Midnight Train to Marfa-1948 Caboose

Positive: The Caboose itself. Decorated beautifully and we loved looking at all the original parts. Negative: Outside tub was dirty and the faucet to the tub was broke. And a heads up that the location was 100 ft or so from the cemetery would have been nice to know.

Positive: Big bathtub! Record player. Negative: Loved every detail.

Unique overnight with tons of personality Positive: Loved the uniqueness of the property and the thoughtful reno of the caboose. Quarters are tight but the outdoor space was so much fun. My husband had his guitar so we really enjoyed our little patio. Negative: No real storage for our bags and tough for the second person in the bed to get in and out against the wall.

We enjoyed our stay at the caboose so much! Positive: We had a great relaxing time. Marfa was a cozy small town and we really enjoyed visiting. The caboose is very nice and cozy, and we loved staying here. Negative: We loved the stay, but there was a lot of dust. But overall quite clean.

Great stay would definitely do again Positive: We had a great time. It was very quiet and the bed was super soft. It did get a bit cold after the front dropped the temps to the 20s but that's not abnormal for a mini split and I'm sure the train is not well insulated due to age. But most of all it was quite. Close enough to town to enjoy far enough away for a rest. Negative: I don't really have any problems wirh it. Maybe include a space heater.
